What Is A Model?

Models are people who undergo a procedure (for example: Botox injection and/or dermal filler) during an educational training. Doctors & Health Care Professionals participating in the training will perform the procedure on the models as part of their learning experience. The procedure is always supervised by the attending Instructor who is an expert in the field.

The Models will undergo a procedure which is supervised by a specialist in the field. This procedure will be offered to the Models at cost (which usually is about 50% lower than the average retail price in MedSpa's and doctor's offices).

What Procedures Are Offered?

ELITE offers Botox Cosmetic, Injectable Dermal Fillers (Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus, and Radiesse), Mesotherapy & Lipodissolve (for localized fat, cellulite, and wrinkles), and IPL/Laser treatment for Skin Rejuvenation (pigmented & vascular lesions including sun damage, red spots, brown spots, age spots, discoloration, rosacea, spider veins etc.), Skin Tightening (face, neck, jowels, sagginess under the eyes etc.), Wrinkle Reduction (‘'crows feet, forehead wrinkles, smoker lines etc.), and Hair Removal! When & Where Can I Model?

What Can I Expect?

Upon registration, each Model will be forwarded (by e-mail or regular mail) a form-package. We ask each Model to complete this necessary paperwork, including brief medical history and consent forms. The completed forms will be carefully reviewed by one of our Members of ELITE's Medical Advisory Board (click on link for more info) to assure you qualify for the procedure (ELITE wants to prevent Models from traveling to a seminar to find out they don't qualify). The form-package also includes specific pre-procedure instructions to follow. These instructions will help optimize your treatment results and prevent any possible adverse reactions.

As several models register for each event, a brief waiting time may occur upon your arrival. You will be guided into the training room (this may be a conference room at a hotel or a treatment room in a medical facility) and you will be introduced to the class. You will be given a consultation prior to the performance of your procedure. If you are not sure yet about your treatment (type of procedure or area's to be treated), you may ask the instructor for his/her opinion and advise. The instructor and participants will answer any questions you may have and provide you with the necessary instructions to allow for an optimal experience.

After the actual procedure is performed and payment is received, you may contact ELITE anytime with any questions or post-treatment concerns.

A $50 deposit is required upon registration to secure your spot. You will have to call our offices at 1-877-847-9200 to complete this payment. Models are served on a first come, first serve basis since certain geographical area's fill up quickly. Your deposit will be applied to your final charges for the procedure performed. You may pay the balance (after deposit) of any fees the day of the seminar. Payment ONLY may be made via cash or credit card (VISA, MC).  If you cancel your appointment within 1 week from the seminar, you will receive a full refund. There is no refund for "no shows".
