FAQ's
Who can attend or register for training?
Anyone may attend or register for our training. However, only medical professionals who are licensed to administer injections may participate in the hands-on portion of the seminars that involve injections. There is one exception to this policy; a non-licensed participant may participate in the hands-on portion if they are accompanied by a physician. This physician must also pay seminar fees and agree, in writing, to allow the non-licensed individual to work under their license during the seminar. Note: Any health care professional and non-health care professional may attend or register any seminar or training. For example, ELITE has non-health care professionals attend webinars and register for online training and seminars especially for the Sensible Weight Loss, Cosmetic Lasers, BHRT, Fibromyalgia, Welness, Marketing, and Business courses.
Important notice: ELITE will provide Certification to participants who complete a training course; however a Certification only indicates that the participant successfully completed the training and is NOT a license to practice. Please check with your State and respective Boards and make sure you practice within your 'scope of practice' and comply with all applicable regulations.
How large are the classes?
At ELITE we customize the seminar or training depending on the number of participants! Larger groups will be accommodated in larger classrooms or clinics. They will be provided with multiple instructors or supervisors to assure adequate individual attention, hands-on experience and personal supervision. For larger groups, more live models will be provided and more time will be allotted. Class-size for training requiring clinical experience and hands-on practice is limited to 6 participants per instructor. Class size for training not requiring hands-on experience is limited to 12.
How much hands-on practice will I receive?
It is ELITE's goal to assure that all participants receive ample hands-on experience so they leave the training confident in their ability to implement the new procedure into their practice instantly. We recognize that different individuals will require different amounts of experience in order to be confident with a new procedure. Individuals requiring more hands-on training can request more practice at the site of training at no extra cost. In other words, the ELITE instructor will spend some extra time after the seminar to review area's of uncertainty and/or perform more treatment. If additional training is requested, instructors are available for private training. ELITE has live models available for the hands-on workshops. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. We also encourage participants to experience the new procedure so more live models are available. Live models register prior to the seminar or training. Depending on the course, ELITE also has dummies and/or materials available to practice with prior to treating a live model. The hands-on portion of ELITE's courses is significantly lengthier than most other providers. ELITE allows adequate time for its workshops so that participants are not rushed while performing a new procedure. During the hands-on training there is ample opportunity to ask questions, personally communicate with the instructor(s), and network with peers!
What is the deadline for registration?
