We will show you how to make your business name synonymous with the service you offer and eliminate your competition by becoming the area's educator and expert in your field. What Can You Expect? The ELITE Team will evaluate your current practice, including current advertising and marketing, ROI (Return On Investment), daily operations, established office protocols and procedures, team member productivity and management, customer service, and practice evaluation tools. We will assess the internal reality and external perception of your practice. The ELITE Team will proceed to systemize your operations, electrify your team and put the necessary protocols in place to make your customers feel like a king! Proven, simple, yet sensible and effective business and market specific strategies and procedures will be implemented. We will design your advertising, master letter and lead generators and implement various effective and proven marketing strategies and tools to attract new clients and boost lead generation. We will show how to establish community presence, develop profitable joint ventures and implement cross-promotions. Team members will be trained to convert the calls and leads into consultations and consultations into active clients. From phone skills to standardized ways of building rapport, establishing client needs and creating a loyal customer, ELITE will implement the strategies that will impress your customer at each point of contact.
We implement 2 distinct phases: Phase 1: Outside Perception (advertising, marketing, lead generation) Phase 2: Internal Reality (services, team members, office efficiency, procedures, protocols, conversion, up-sales, internal marketing).
Practically: The ELITE Team will design a plan of action, which will include: Phase 1: 1. Design of effective advertising pieces, including print advertising, master letter and lead generators, radio & TV-scripts if indicated. 2. Identify and implement major lead generators: a. Seminars b. Health fairs, expo's c. Cross-promotions d. Joint ventures e. Open houses f. NetwavingTM g. Active referrals h. Website & SEO 3. Establish the ‘Educator' role and design the necessary reports. 4. Develop a strategic marketing plan. 5. Develop a follow-up system to nurture all leads generated. 6. Implement a monitoring system to evaluate marketing efforts (ROI).
Phase 2: 7. Train Team Members: a. Job description with responsibilities b. Management style c. Communication lines d. Accountability e. Bonuses & consequences f. Management by statistics g. Creating customer loyalty h. Company culture, vision & mission i. Revised office policies, procedures & protocols 8. Implement 7 steps to an effective phone call converting calls and leads into consultations. 9. Train team members to effectively consult with a client: converting a consultation into an active client. 10. Design and set-up presentations on power-point (or flip-charts) for all consultations. 11. Set-up all payment options and assure correct pricing. 12. Create a "WOW" factor at each point of contact.. 13. Set-up internal referral system: a. ‘LIVE' Testimonials b. 3rd party open houses c. Newsletter (E-zine) d. Active referrals e. Lobby materials & monthly specials 14. Implement up-sale system; product sales if indicated. 15. Self-assessment tools and protocol.
What Is The Duration of The Program? Phase 1: The implementation process for phase 1 will be 30 - 45 days. We will set-up approximately 1 to 2 training days with the entire team and a private training day for the team member responsible for advertising & marketing.
This team member will be our primary contact. We will schedule several consultations (in-person and by phone) to obtain the necessary information to design all marketing materials and to assure proper implementation and execution. This member will be in charge to provide us with feedback and necessary reports. This member will have to set aside approximately 10 hours/week for about 5 weeks!
Phase 2: The entire implementation process (phase 1 & 2) will be 60 - 90 days. We will set-up approximately 3 to 5 training days with the entire team and a private training day for each involved team member. The ELITE Team will spend several extra days at your office to implement, evaluate, monitor and revise operations, protocols and procedures to assure optimal effectiveness.
One of your team members will be assigned to be our primary contact and this member (usually the current office manager) will receive several private training sessions to assure proper implementation and execution. This member will be in charge to provide us with feedback and necessary reports, and will oversee all other team members. In short, you will need to set aside the necessary time needed to train and implement the program, either during the week by blocking out some days or half-days or during the weekend by paying your team members some overtime.
What Is The Cost?
Phase 1: The total cost for phase 1 is $9,500 pre-paid or 3 equal payments of $3500 with the first payment as a down-payment, the second payment on day 30 and the last payment on day 45.
Phase 2: The total cost (phase 1 & 2) is $19,500 pre-paid or 3 equal payments of $6990 with the first payment as a down-payment, the second payment on day 30 and the last payment on day 60.
Extra costs that you might incur (phase 1 & 2) - Print of new marketing materials - Increase in marketing budget (only if indicated) - Website design or re-design and SEO (Search Engine Optimization); E-zine set-up - Software for follow-up system, consultations and management by statistics (if not available yet) - Terminal for payment plans (if indicated) - A simple video camera with tripod (for ‘LIVE' testimonials) - Lobby recommendations if indicated (materials, displays, TV, chalk-board) - Publishing your book (recommended after 90 days)
