Futhermore, course materials are often poorly organized.

The HANDS-ON Workshop
MOST PROVIDERS offer some kind of a hands-on workshop, and some really don't or just offer a demonstration. When offering Botox Cosmetic Training and Dermal Filler Training, most providers have 2 to 4 hours of hands-on scheduled for their participants. However, most of the time there are too many participants attending the training, resulting in lack of individual attention and supervision, but most of all lack in personal hands-on experience! The COST and prices for Botox Cosmetic Training & Dermal Filler Training
MOST PROVIDERS offer (what they call) a 'BASIC' course averaging $1595 - $3500 (USD) and then offer an 'ADVANCED' course averaging $1450 - $2500 (USD). Usually participants can only enroll for their 'advanced' course 6 months (or any other set time) after they completed the 'basic' course. The Disadvantages of the training offered by these providers is the following:
1. The TOTAL average COST is $3000 - $5000 (to get Certified in both basic and advanced applications) versus ONLY $1950 with ELITE.
2. The TOTAL savings with ELITE do not even include the extra travel expenses, extra accommodations, and time lost at work for the second 'advanced' training offered by other providers.
3. The waiting time between the 'basic' and 'advanced' training unables the health care professional to accommodate the needs of his/her clients (e.g. "I can treat your frown lines, but I'm not qualified yet to treat your smoker-lines, neck etc.").
The techniques and applications labeled 'advanced' by most providers are really not advanced. They may require more artistic input but paying for another course will not help with that.
So, compare apples to apples and you will find out that there's no provider out there that can offer the highest quality training for the price ELITE does. ELITE believes that most Aesthetic Medical Training courses are over-priced.

The TRAINING Types and Options
MOST PROVIDERS offer seminars only, and some of them also offer expensive, unaffordable private training. They charge you an arm and a leg to have an instructor come to your clinic, office or home, at a convenient time for you, and certify yourself and/or your staff.

ELITE offers SEMINARS at major cities around the U.S, CANADA and the U.K. ELITE also offers very affordable PRIVATE TRAINING and PRIVATE SEMINARS. For some, WEBINARS and ONLINE TRAINING may be the best option to save time and expenses.
ELITE recommends Seminars, Private Training or Private Seminars for training requiring hands-on (such as Botox Cosmetic Training & Dermal Filler Training). However, some individuals may already have practical experience and/or have someone at the clinic who will be their mentor and therefore opt for the webinar or online training. MOST PROVIDERS offer outdated and cheap course materials.These materials lack the resources necessary for the participant to immediately implement the newly acquired knowledge and skills into his/her clinic or office. Resources include vendor lists, research articles, documentation, consent forms etc. Many providers may have these resources available but you may need to contact them several times to actually get these resources!

1. A mundane, boring instructor,
2. A 'career' instructor with lack of practical experience (likely failed to be successful in his/her own practice),
3. A successful doctor with great practical knowledge but no teaching skills (un-organized, lack of didactic materials, and unable to convey course materials accurately).
